1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SougatTours website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of SougatTours.

2. Services

SougatTours provides luxury travel experiences, tour bookings, visa assistance, and related tourism services in Dubai and the UAE. Our services include but are not limited to desert safaris, city tours, marine experiences, adventure activities, cultural heritage tours, and private transportation. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and a confirmation email from SougatTours. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion. Prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honored at the price paid.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway (Stripe). All transactions are processed in AED. Your card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees for non-AED transactions. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48+ hours before the experience: Full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. SougatTours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

6. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage bookings and access personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. SougatTours reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SougatTours website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of SougatTours and Digital Marketing Blue, protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

SougatTours acts as an intermediary between customers and experience/tour providers. While we strive to ensure the quality and safety of all experiences, SougatTours is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in any tour or activity. Participants engage in all activities at their own risk. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using SougatTours, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

SougatTours reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
