How to Redeem
Please check your mailbox and download the ticket. Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning. Once scanned, you can enter the Venue.
Important Information
- Guests aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult with a valid admission ticket.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.
- Some artworks involve water. To enter these areas, you'll need to remove your shoes. Complimentary lockers are available for your convenience.
- High heels are not allowed inside the museum. Please wear flat-soled, comfortable footwear.
- Certain artworks feature UV lights, flashing lights, and fog effects.
- We recommend wearing comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and enjoy the immersive experience.
- For those interested in taking photogenic pictures, wearing white or plain-colored outfits can help you stand out against the vibrant projections and lighting effects.
- Select your date and time for entry — your booking confirmation is your entry pass and must be presented at the entrance.
- If no time slot is booked, entry is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to venue capacity.
- Monday to Thursday 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM will be Adults Only timings. During these hours, families with children will not be permitted entry.
- Child ticket sales will close at 4:00 PM.
- Guest must be 18 years and above with adult ticket.
- Guests can visit the venue without any prior timeslot booking during adults-only hours.

"Absolutely mind-blowing experience! The 25 themed zones take you on a journey from bright white spaces into complete darkness, and the wet zones where you wade through water with projections all around you are unlike anything I've ever seen. The fiery golden light room was my favorite — felt like being inside the sun. Wore white as recommended and the projections looked incredible on my outfit. Allow at least 2-3 hours to fully enjoy everything."

"Took my two kids (ages 8 and 11) and they were completely mesmerized. The transition from the white exterior into the dark immersive rooms was theatrical and exciting. The wet zones are a highlight — bring shoes you can take off easily as you'll need to go barefoot. Only note: it gets crowded on weekends so I'd recommend booking a morning slot. The complimentary lockers were a nice touch. Overall a magical experience that combines art, nature, and technology beautifully."
