Please check your mailbox and download the ticket. Present it at the ticket counter on ground floor to scan and exchange for physical tickets. Scan them at the entrance to gain access to the Burj Khalifa.
Important Information
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Shared transfers are only available from central Dubai locations: Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during transfer tours.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside the premises.
- The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
- For time slot-based ticket bookings with transfers, if transfers are delayed, consider using alternative transportation to arrive on time and prevent no-shows. Refund requests for transfer issues can be submitted later.
- Kindly be informed that on the day of travel, you must exchange your voucher for a physical ticket at the Burj Khalifa counter. Entry to Burj Khalifa is valid only at your selected time slot, while the Dubai Mall Aquarium can be visited anytime on the same day.
