How to Redeem
Please check your mailbox and download the ticket. Present it at the ticket counter and scan it at the venue. Scan the physical tickets at the venue to gain entry.
Important Information
- Children must always be supervised by an adult.
- There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
- ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.
- Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.
- The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
- Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- Guests are required to book their slots inside the park to participate.
- Please note that availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please note: During the Ramadan period (19th February to 18th March), Ferrari World Theme Park operating hours will be from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

"Ferrari World is an absolute must-visit if you're on Yas Island! The Formula Rossa is genuinely the most intense roller coaster I've ever been on — 240 km/h in under 5 seconds, you literally can't breathe for a moment. Beyond that, the Fiorano GT Challenge and Flying Aces are fantastic. We spent a solid 6 hours and still didn't try everything. Tip: book the Fast Track add-on if visiting on weekends — the queues for Formula Rossa can hit 45 minutes easily. The themed interior is stunning and the air conditioning is a blessing."

"Brought our family (kids aged 5 and 9) from Dubai with the private transfer option — seamless pickup from our hotel in JBR and about 75 minutes to get there. The kids absolutely loved the Junior Grand Prix and Nello's Adventureland sections. My 9-year-old was tall enough for some of the bigger rides too. The Scuderia Challenge racing simulators were a huge hit with my husband. We added the Meal Voucher which was great value — redeemable at multiple restaurants inside. Park closes at 8 PM but we were happily exhausted by 6. Highly recommended for families!"
