If it doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, and notify us if you cannot locate it. Upon arrival, please present your voucher either printed or on your mobile device to the driver for verification.

- Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you.
- Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina and other nearby locations).
- If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate with you.
- There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
- No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
