"Ski Dubai never gets old — this was our fifth visit and we went for the Snow Premium package this time. The 40-minute penguin encounter was the highlight — watching my daughter interact with the King and Gentoo penguins was priceless. The zip line (Snow Bullet) gives you an incredible aerial view of the entire resort from 16 meters up. At -4°C year-round, it's the perfect escape from Dubai's summer heat. All the winter gear is provided so you literally walk in wearing shorts and walk out in full ski gear. The hot chocolate at Avalanche Café afterwards is the perfect warm-up. Pro tip: book the Premium slot at least 48 hours ahead as they coordinate timing."

"Took the Ski Full Day Slope Session and it was brilliant. As an intermediate skier, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the runs — there are five slopes of varying difficulty and the snow conditions are genuinely good for an indoor resort. The 85-meter mountain is steeper than you'd expect and the longest run gives you a proper ski experience. Equipment quality is solid — decent boots, skis, and poles all included. They're strict about requiring intermediate level 2 for slope access which keeps it safe. Spent about 4 hours on the slopes with breaks. It's inside Mall of the Emirates so you can shop and eat afterwards. Absolutely unique experience."

"We got the Snow Plus package for our family (2 adults, 2 kids aged 6 and 10) and it was the perfect choice. Unlimited access to all Snow Park attractions — the kids went on the bobsled and tube run about 15 times each! The Giant Zorb Ball had everyone laughing. The chairlift gives beautiful views of the entire snow-covered resort. Both kids loved the Snow Cavern ice cave. The Mountain Thriller ride is surprisingly intense and fun for adults too. Helmets are mandatory for kids under 13 which gave us peace of mind. All gear provided including jackets, trousers, socks, and boots. We spent 5 hours and could have stayed longer. Incredible value at 225 AED."

"The Snow Classic is a great entry-level option if you just want to experience the snow without skiing. Single entry but includes the chairlift ride, Mountain Thriller, tobogganing, bumper cars, bobsled, tube run, and zorb ball — that's a lot of activities for one ticket. The only downside is lockers aren't included in this package (they are in Snow Plus), so either pay extra or leave valuables with someone. The temperature really is -4°C — the gear they provide keeps you warm enough but bring your own hat as it's not included. The atmosphere inside is genuinely magical — real snow, real cold, in the middle of Dubai. It's surreal."

"Booked the 2-hour slope session with private transfer from our hotel in Dubai Marina. The transfer was seamless and having someone drive you is convenient since Mall of Emirates can be hectic for parking on weekends. The slopes were well-maintained and not too crowded on a Tuesday afternoon. As someone who learned to ski in the Alps, I can confirm the snow quality is surprisingly good for indoor. The 2-hour session is perfect if you just want a ski fix without committing to a full day. Equipment is all included and they fit everything at the venue. The 24-hour free cancellation policy on the slope sessions is really customer-friendly compared to the non-refundable snow park tickets."
