To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you. Approach the turnstiles and place your tickets against the scanner. Once scanned, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.

- Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
- Weight criteria: Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
- Height criteria: Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed for the glass slide.
- You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
- Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
- Please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
