How to Redeem
To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies with you. Approach a representative and scan the tickets with their assistance. Once verified, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable trip.

- Please ensure that you carry a valid Photo ID with you as it will be required to be presented at the Entrance.
- All animal-related activities are subject to availability and will be conducted based on the health and physical condition of the animals.
- Kindly check the schedule before your visit as activities and shows are scheduled at specific timings.
- For the Zoo zip and climb, participants must be above 140 cm in height, while the junior climb is suitable for children with a height of 110 cm to 135 cm.
- The driving adventure is only allowed for guests aged between 6 years and 12 years old.
- Please refrain from wearing high heels, flip flops, or open-toe shoes during the activities. Additionally, it is necessary to tie up and tuck in long hair while driving.
- Visitors must comply with all rules and regulations of Emirates Park Zoo during their visit, and the booking policy will be enforced.
- The supplier cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to tickets or vouchers.
- Transfers will be provided from centrally located areas in Abu Dhabi only.
- The entry ticket will not be valid for public holidays in the UAE.

"Took my family here on a Friday and it was absolutely worth it. The Wildlife Walk is the standout section — the air-conditioned indoor walkway with Bengal tigers and Amur leopards right behind the glass is incredible. My kids (5 and 8) were completely mesmerized by the sea lion show at 11 AM. The giraffe feeding area was another highlight — they literally lean down and eat from your hand. We spent a good 4 hours and still didn't see everything. Tip: arrive early at 9 AM to beat the crowds and catch the first elephant encounter."
"Really impressed with how well-maintained this zoo is. The enclosures are spacious and naturalistic, which is nice to see. The Explorer ticket was worth the upgrade — we got to see the sea lion presentation, the elephant encounter at 3 PM, and the mixed animal wonders show. The Petting Zoo section was perfect for our toddler. Only downside is that the food options on-site are limited and overpriced, so I'd recommend bringing snacks. The Reptile House and Snake Alley were fascinating for the older kids."
