How to Redeem
To redeem your tickets, please ensure you have either your E-tickets or printed copies received on email with you. Approach a representative and show your booked tickets and slots for verification. Once verified, you can proceed to enter the venue and embark on a memorable journey.
Important Information
- It is mandatory to carry the original Passport for the helicopter ride — e-copies will NOT be accepted.
- Passengers must arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
- Maximum of 5 passengers are allowed per flight.
- Passengers who exceed 140 KG weight limit will not be permitted to fly.
- All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
- Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
- Pregnant women can fly only during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy OR at their own risk.
- Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
- Pick up will be arranged from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
- Children below 2 years are not allowed on the helicopter.
- Children aged 2 years and above are permitted to fly and will be charged the full ticket price as they require a separate seat.
- Children between 2 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.
