Dune bashing and the desert

A licensed guide drives 30 to 45 minutes of dune bashing across the Lahbab red dunes, with sandboarding, camel riding, camel feeding and a falcon experience alongside the sunset photo stops.

Al Khayma Heritage Camp

Dinner is at a camp with Michelin recognition — three live buffets rather than a single line, served with gahwa and gaymat, and a full entertainment programme including tanoura and fire shows.

GOOD TO KNOW

Transfers are shared, with hotel pickup around mid-afternoon and a late return. Closed shoes are essential for the quad bike, and a scarf or buff is worth bringing for the sand.
