BUGGY OR QUAD — WHICH IS THIS?
This is the buggy. You sit inside a roll-caged vehicle with a seat belt, a steering wheel and pedals — closer to driving a car than riding a bike. It suits anyone who wants the thrill without balancing a machine, and it is the option most couples and families choose because a passenger can ride alongside you.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Guided convoy
An instructor leads the convoy and picks the route, so you concentrate on driving rather than navigation. The buggies are automatic — no gears, no clutch.
The RAK terrain
More varied than the classic Dubai dunes: rolling sand, harder gravel sections and long open runs, with the Hajar Mountains framing almost every photograph.
Fully equipped
Helmet, goggles and a full safety briefing are included, and 2-seater and 4-seater buggies are available for couples and families.
GOOD TO KNOW
