Print this voucher or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.
Important Information
- Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you during the activity.
- The Pass is valid for 1 person for the same day only.
- You can access each ride only once on Play DXB (Repetition not allowed).
- Digital Gate Card fees for visitors will be 5 AED at Play DXB and which is non-negotiable.
- Standard age, height and weight restrictions apply to each attraction and ride.
- The minimum height for adults should be over 120 cm and for children should be under 120 cm.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
- The operator may deny entry to children travelling alone for safety concerns, so kindly follow the child policy at all times.
- Guests should be there 10 or 30 minutes before the scheduled time depending on your Booking.
- The Pick up will be arranged from your Dubai Hotel / Residence only.
- Pick-up from Areas other than Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- Sharing transfers are available only from Deira, Bur Dubai.
- The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Last entry is at 10:00 PM.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

"The VR technology here is legitimately impressive — not the cheap stuff you find elsewhere. Dune Bash felt surprisingly realistic and the multiplayer Raft game had our whole group laughing. Just make sure to arrive early to beat the lines, especially on weekends."
"Perfect activity when it’s too hot to go outside. My kids (7 and 9) had an amazing time on the age-appropriate rides while my husband and I tried Plummet and the John Wick experience. Great that it’s inside Dubai Mall so we could grab dinner afterward."
"Fun experience but it does get crowded on weekends. We went on a Thursday evening and had reasonable wait times. The Walking Dead attraction was genuinely scary. Only downside is the 5 AED gate card fee on top of the ticket, but minor in the grand scheme."
"We spent about 3.5 hours here and still didn’t try everything. Dubai Drone was my personal favorite — the 2050 cityscape felt incredibly real. The digital gate card system is convenient once you figure it out. Just remember each ride is one-time only per pass."
